Marty holds a Bachelor's in Christian Counseling and education, Masters of Theology and a Doctorate in Divinity.  These degrees from Christian Institutions.  Marty later in life came to find out that they are only valid in that sector. So he had to start all over again by obtaining his AA from Southeast Arkansas College and was working on his Bachelorette of General Studies concentration Professional Studies emphasis Business Management/ Administration from The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff (UAPB) until he got ill and had to stop his studies.  Assisting and volunteering for many church organizations as well as local and state non-profit organizations. he has been recognized for his service and dedication to community service in the State of Arkansas
